No class today

Dear Students,

I'm not sure what it looks like in Durham, but it's pretty bad here in Amherst. I will not risk taking the hour long drive on a day like this.I hope that you can understand. Please count on being there tomorrow. We will wrap up the presentations, then move on with a regular class.

There are only three students, who were absent yesterday, left to present. Your papers were due yesterday. Every day they're late, you will lose credit. Please find a way to email those to me as soon as possible.

Dear students in Arabic 401:

Those of you that have not registered for Arabic 402, and would like to do so, you may go ahead. We have fixed the issue with the registrar's office, and I have given my special permission to all my students from 401 to register.
