The Carsey Institute has extended the deadline for the popular John G. Winant Fellowship to April 15th.
Faculty, please share this information with your students.
Fellowship recipients receive a stipend of $3,250 for full-time summer work with a non-profit organization or government agency of their choice, and recipients are recognized for their award in university publications.

General information
Whether for the next competition or one in a future year, exceptional students at all levels are invited to attend one of the upcoming U.S. Student Fulbright Program information sessions to learn about scholarships for post-baccalaureate study, research or English teaching abroad.
The Next Competition
To be eligible for the coming year’s competition (for grants in academic year 2010-11), applicants will need to have at least a bachelor’s degree earned by the start of the 2010 grant period -- students who are currently juniors, seniors and graduate students..

-Please practice your possessive pronouns, so as to know how to say "his book, our school....."
-Know the fields of study in Tamreen 12, page 46.
-know how to conjugate verbs.
-know the interrogative particles , page 14, so as to know how to ask questions.
-Know your plurals.
-Learn to identify an "Idafa" relationship.
-Know how to negate a present tense.

-Know when a "Fa'l Mudaare'" needs to be "Marfoo', Munsoob or Majzoom" and what kind of ending it should have.
-Learn how to identufy "Jumlat Al-Sifa".
